The Pacific Coast Intermodal Project (PCIP) is a false solution ese promises to fix the region’s problems with a single, polluting industry. That’s fishy! The PCIP would displace the abundance that the region relies on. In a severe state budget deficit the PCIP was granted $100 million last minute by the Oregon Legislature, while lifesaving programs were left unfunded.
