Art for Youth: Help Electrify Ashland!

The Ashland Youth for Electrification Campaign is hosting an art making event for youth (aged 20 and younger) on Sunday, August 21st! Join members of the campaign for screen printing, banner painting, and sign making. 

Ashland Juventud para la Electrificación has been working with the city of Ashland to pass an electrification and clean air ordinance that would reduce polluting fossil fuel emissions in new residences. Passing this ordinance is an important step for the city to meet its climate goals and protect the health and safety of our communities. This event will infuse joy and creativity into the important youth organizing work of the campaign.

This event is for anyone aged 20 and younger. No prior campaign or art experience is necessary, and all materials are provided! Join this event to make art, build community, and learn more about the campaign!
